I approach client care through a systems-informed and relational lens, recognizing the importance of access, continuity, and coordinated services. My work emphasizes creating structures that allow clinicians to focus on meaningful, client-centered care while maintaining compliance and clinical excellence.

My professional interests include trauma-informed systems, program development, and supporting underserved and marginalized populations. I am deeply committed to building practices that are equitable, efficient, and responsive to community needs.

With an educational background in Human Services, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Clinical Psychology. A professional background in education, clinical mentorship, training development, and organizational leadership, I am passionate about supporting clinicians at every stage of their professional journey, as GTWC’s Internship Department developer. I value collaboration, accountability, and thoughtful growth that strengthens both providers and the clients they serve.

My clinical supervision style is supportive, reflective, and structured, emphasizing ethical decision-making, professional identity development, and practical application of theory into practice. I prioritize clear communication, developmental guidance, and fostering confidence in emerging clinicians.
