Dr Grace Martin - Grace Therapy & Wellness Center

Dr. Grace Martin

Dr. Grace founded GTWC in 2018 with the goal of revolutionizing the group therapy practice model to provide wraparound support for clinicians, with the knowledge that cared-for therapists provide higher quality services to clients. As the Director of Advancement, Dr. Grace continues to innovate and implement policies and initiatives that improve the way the practice enacts its social justice values. She also serves on community committees for mental health advocacy, teaches, supervises, and writes. Dr. Grace also founded and leads GTWC’s nonprofit with the goals of providing low cost therapy to clients and quality training and loan forgiveness to therapists.

Elana Thomas

Elana serves as President of GTWC’s Nonprofit and for-profit arms, guiding the organization with a dynamic blend of clinical expertise and visionary leadership. Her strategic approach balances ethical integrity, innovative client care, and the practical demands of running a thriving therapy practice. Navigating the complexities of professional regulations, insurance frameworks, and team collaboration, she fosters an environment where both clinicians and clients feel supported in their journeys toward growth and transformation.

As Chief Operating Officer at Grace Therapy & Wellness Center (GTWC), I provide strategic and operational leadership that supports the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and sustainable mental health services. My background bridges clinical understanding with systems-level operations, ensuring that GTWC’s mission, values, and standards are reflected across all areas of practice. As a Board Member of Grace Therapy & Wellness Center, I am committed to strengthening the organization’s nonprofit mission through strategic governance, ethical oversight, and sustainable growth. I bring a systems-oriented perspective that supports long-term planning, fiscal responsibility, and community impact.

Carly Novoselsky

Carly serves as Clinical Director of the Nonprofit at Grace Therapy and Wellness Center, integrating clinical leadership, education, and systems-level thinking to support both clients and clinicians. With a strong foundation in trauma-informed and ethical practice, she prioritizes depth, clarity, and sustainability in mental health care. Carly brings a grounded, relational approach to leadership, fostering a culture of accountability and clinical excellence while working to reduce barriers and expand access to care for those most in need.
Samantha Arroyo - Grace Therapy & Wellness Center

Samantha Arroyo

Samantha serves as Clinical Director of GTWC’s for-profit practice, providing clinical leadership and oversight to support ethical, high-quality client care. She works closely with clinicians to promote best practices, professional growth, and clinical integrity while navigating the operational and regulatory demands of a thriving therapy practice. Through collaborative supervision and thoughtful leadership, Samantha helps foster an environment where clinicians feel supported and clients receive effective, compassionate care.
Gabriela Betancourt - Grace Therapy & Wellness center

Gabriela Betancourt

Gabriela (Gabi)  serves as the Clinical Manager and Clinical Supervisor for GTWC’s nonprofit arm, bringing nearly a decade of therapeutic and supervisory experience to the organization. With a commitment to excellence, ethical care, and clinician development, she guides both client services and internal operations with clarity and compassion. Her work integrates clinical insight with strong documentation practices, ensuring alignment between therapeutic work and organizational values. Gabriela is passionate about supporting therapists as they grow, refine their skills, and deepen self-understanding.
