  • Grace Martin, LMFT, Founder and Chief Executive Officer (she/her)

    Grace started GTWC literally in her basement in 2019, and has grown it to what you see today with the help of incredible friends, mentors and colleagues. She is passionate about making mental health services accessible and normalized for all. Towards this goal, Grace serves on the board of two nonprofits: our own intern program and the Phoenix Clinic.

  • Elana Thomas, LCSW, Chief Operations Officer (she/her)

    Elana supports all staff at GTWC through documentation audits and performance meetings meant to help clinicians meet their career goals with the practice. She manages our intake and billing teams and participates in recruitment and hiring of new clinicians. Elana has worked in community mental health with a large and diverse staff, and now brings her directness, authenticity, and efficiency to GTWC’s team!

  • Brittney Brooks, LMFT, Nonprofit Chief Operations Officer (she/her)

    Being a leader requires a balance of strategic vision, operational efficiency, and strong mentorship. Brittney has a strong belief that leadership extends to guiding and developing a team of professionals, providing clinical oversight, and fostering a supportive work environment. She prides herself on having effective leadership while providing and encouraging strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to inspire and empower staff to provide high-quality care.

    Carly is a dynamic leader known for her passion for fostering growth among her team, and her ability to represent our organization through speaking engagements and networking at community events. Carly’s collaborative approach and commitment to excellence exemplify her leadership and dedication to the field.
