Full Time Clinical Director/Therapist

Located remotely and/or Oak Park, Downtown Chicago, or Ravenswood. Position is open to fully licensed clinicians with supervision experience. LCSW or Psychologist preferred.

We also have an optional monthly case consultation group, and optional biweekly couple therapy training. CEUs are provided through GTWC.

    Anti-Racism: All clinicians in the practice who identify as white participate in a paid monthly processing group to address systemic racism. All clinicians who identify as POC receive monthly time off for self-care if they do not wish to attend the White Accountability group.

    • Build up a caseload of clients you love from our abundant intake. A full-time caseload for this position is considered seeing 12 clients per week.

    • Attend our monthly all-staff meeting, weekly Leadership meetings, and take a leadership role in trainings, meetings and consultation groups.

    • Maintain prompt and professional therapy documentation and supervision notes within 48 hours of your sessions.

    • Perform quarterly audits on clinician documentation.

    • Implement and monitor staff Performance Improvement Plans.

    • Hourly pay based on hours worked. Rate depends on licensure and experience level. Therapists are employees and receive a W-2 with all taxes withheld.

    • Salary that compensates for administrative portion of the Clinical Director role

    • BCBS PPO or HMO Health Insurance with option to add dental and vision (50% paid by company)

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Full or Part Time

Located remotely and/or Oak Park. Position is open to fully licensed psychiatric nurse practitioners with a minimum of two years’ experience, at least one year being in private practice.

    • Meet our internship Levels 1, 2, and 3 by completing special projects and presentations that show your skills, and can earn you a job with the practice at the end of your time as an intern.
