Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Full or Part Time
Located remotely and/or Oak Park. Position is open to fully licensed psychiatric nurse practitioners with a minimum of two years’ experience, at least one year being in private practice.

Job
Build up a caseload of patients you love from our abundant intake. A full-time caseload is considered working 30+ hours a week, and part time 15-20 hours per week.
Attend our monthly all-staff meeting and one-on-ones with the COO.
Maintain prompt and professional documentation within 48 hours of your meetings with patients.

Compensation
Hourly pay rate depends on experience level. Contractors receive a 1099 and are paid on a biweekly basis.

Anti-Racism: All clinicians in the practice who identify as white participate in a paid monthly processing group to address systemic racism. All clinicians who identify as POC receive monthly time off for self-care if they do not wish to attend the White Accountability group.
Job
Build up a caseload of clients you love from our abundant intake in order to meet your internship hours.
Participate in weekly individual supervision and monthly group supervision with Brittney Brooks, MFT. Attend our monthly all-staff meeting and optional consultation groups.
Maintain prompt and professional therapy documentation within 48 hours of your sessions.
Meet our internship Levels 1, 2, and 3 by completing special projects and presentations that show your skills, and can earn you a job with the practice at the end of your time as an intern.

Compensation
Hourly pay based on hours worked. Rate depends on licensure and experience level. Therapists are employees and receive a W-2 with all taxes withheld
