About Colt

I’ve found that the most powerful therapy journeys begin with a shared sense of trust, challenge, and realness. Whether you’re facing pressure to always hold it together, struggling to navigate emotions you’ve been taught to hide, or just feeling stuck and needing a space to figure things out, I aim to meet you where you are—with insight and a little humor.

I draw from Rational models and Dharma-based practices, always paying attention to how your environment shapes your experience. We’ll explore what’s holding you back—and what’s possible when you show up fully.

I earned my BS in Psychology, MS in Performance Psychology, and MSW studying at the Illinois Institute of Technology, University of Stirling in Scotland, and Chicago State University. My research history focuses on stress, burnout, perfectionism, and goal-setting, and I specialize in supporting people navigating anxiety, depression, late-diagnosed neurodivergence, and the tension between logic and emotion.

I’ve worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds—including BIPOC communities, the Queer population, those in both traditional and non-traditional relationships, and clients exploring spirituality—with a particular interest in men’s mental health and identity development.

If you’re ready for therapy that gets past the surface and helps you build clarity, confidence, and real momentum—I’m here for it. Let’s get started.
