Are you a high-achiever navigating burnout and perfectionism? I help people find a sustainable, fulfilling way to live – one where ambition and self-compassion coexist.

I truly love holding space for folks and being present with them through the ups and downs of life. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where you can show up as yourself, practice new skills, and move towards the life you want to life. My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment Theory, and a humanistic, person-centered perspective.

I’m passionate about working with high-achieving professionals and creatives navigating burnout, perfectionism, and identity exploration. As a queer, multiracial woman, I am deeply committed to creating an affirming, welcoming space for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals and couples, including those in the poly/kink-aware/ENM communities. I bring warmth, curiosity, and cultural humility to every therapeutic relationship, and I deeply value the courage it takes to step into therapy.

In my free time, you’ll find me playing video games, outside with my dog Barry, and enjoying the wonderful city of Chicago with my partner.
