We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty.

Do you often feel alone and misunderstood, and like you are fighting against the inequities of the world and even your close family? Would you like to explore your identity and reach your full potential? I would like to invite you into a warm space full of presence, creativity, and embodied exploration with me as your therapist. I will share my passion for creative healing while supporting you on your path toward mending internal wounds and maladaptive beliefs. We will utilize a wide range of healing strategies, anywhere from painting, breathing, and writing to couples’ ballroom dancing!

I received my MA in counseling and specialized training in art therapy from Lesley University and have over 15 years of experience in human services. I have had the privilege of working with diverse groups including Latin American migrant families, children and adults on the Autism spectrum, adults with developmental disabilities, families touched by adoption/foster care systems, and children, families and teens working through experiences of violence, abuse, and trauma. I am LGBTQIA affirming. As an international adoptee born in Colombia and raised in a mixed-race family, I hold a unique understanding of families seeking to heal attachment issues, grief, and blending of culture.

I meet with Carly Novoselsky, LCPC, CADC for supervision, and am on my way to receiving my ATR (Registered Art Therapy) credential. I look forward to hearing from you, and validate you taking the first step on your path the healing we will co-create together!
