When we understand why we became who we are, we gain the freedom to choose who we want to become.

About Caroline

Maybe you’ve been trying to hold everything together on your own, feeling stuck in the same patterns, or wondering why your relationships keep leaving you feeling unseen, disconnected, frustrated, or disappointed. You may not know exactly what needs to change—you just know that something doesn’t feel right anymore. In our work together, you don’t have to arrive with all the answers. We can slow down, get curious about what you’re experiencing, and create a space where you can show up as you are.

My approach is client-centered, compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I use Integrative Systemic Therapy (IST), Internal Family System (IFS), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you understand the different parts of yourself, explore the experiences and relationships that have shaped you, and recognize patterns that no longer serve you.

To me, my role isn’t to stand on the sidelines and tell you how to get out of the mud—it’s to meet you where you are, sit beside you when things feel messy, and walk alongside you when you’re ready to move forward. I use systemic and relational lens to work with my clients on relationship challenges, anxiety, life transitions, family dynamic, and grief/loss.
