“Do you struggle with self-esteem and confidence as a result of your identity, immigration story, or role in life? Are you having trouble identifying your own strengths and areas of resiliency?”
Do you feel stuck? Are you repeating the same patterns in relationships, battling self-doubt, or holding onto stress that feels overwhelming? Maybe you're feeling unsure, or unlike yourself. You don’t have to figure it out alone. My goal as your therapist is to provide you with the space to heal and the opportunity to journey into the parts of yourself that you love and judge, perhaps with equal measure; the parts you are less familiar with, the places you avoid, or the places you have not yet discovered. Together, we will learn about your resilience, your pain, and your potential.
I specialize in helping individuals and couples feel more connected and confident in their lives. Through deeper self-understanding and practical tools, I will empower you to create the growth and balance you seek. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or identity struggles, I will provide a collaborative space to explore what’s holding you back.
My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and rooted in family systems work. I help clients understand how their past experiences, relationships, and cultural influences shape their present challenges. As a Latina and daughter of immigrants, I am deeply committed to fostering an inclusive space where your identity and experiences are honored.
Taking the first step starts with showing up for yourself. If you're ready to begin this journey or have any questions, let’s connect. Let's embark on this therapeutic journey together, to uncover your strengths and achieve your goals one step at a time.
I am supervised by Grace Martin, LMFT.
