Are feelings of fear and overwhelm getting in the way of you making the changes you would like to see in your life? Do you want greater self-love, stronger relationships, and to meet the goals you have for yourself, but don't know how to cultivate these things? I bring a calming, empathic and confident energy into the room that can help you slow down your thoughts to understand yourself and what is keeping you from succeeding in the ways you desire. We will co-create a treatment plan that lays out a path for you. I will be by your side supporting you, giving my expertise, and challenging you in ways that will help you grow.

I like to approach the therapeutic process using a psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, trauma-informed, and systemic lens. One of the most important aspects of my therapy process is building rapport, providing feedback, and collaborating together to aid in your journey to becoming your best self.

I received my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. My passion is working with individuals, couples, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, body image, low self-esteem, and more. I have experience working with the Queer community, BIPOC individuals, multiple relationship dynamics, Black women’s experiences, and different belief systems. Together we can identify your strengths and limitations, and formulate a unique treatment plan that fits your mental health needs. I attend supervision with Grace Martin, LMFT, Founder of the practice and AAMFT Approved Supervisor.

It can be scary at times to seek support from others outside your support system, so I want to thank you for choosing me to help guide you through your journey of change. It’s not easy, but I know you can do it!
