About Eden
There is no one right way to think, feel, and live our lives. As a therapist, I aim to accompany you in your journey to find what feels right for you. As a queer, multicultural, therapist of color I understand the ways each facet of our identities affects the way we see and experience the world. Every person’s unique, lived experience is valuable and worth exploring.
I aim to create an environment where you feel safe to explore ways of being that make you feel fulfilled in your identity and relationships. I work from a client-centered, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed lens drawing on elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic thought. Just as no two people have the exact same life experience, two people may not benefit from the same method of therapy. We will collaborate together to find what approach best supports you in navigating challenges, growth, and moving forward. You, after all, are the expert on your own experiences.
Whether you’re living with chronic struggles, an acute stress, or just want someone to check in with, I am here to support you. Together, we’ll approach your experiences with curiosity and compassion.
