β€œWould you like to find new patterns of living and loving? Are you or your family struggling to communicate in constructive and compassionate ways? Have you lost faith and hope that life will ever hold joy and connection? Do you struggle with self-criticism and extending compassion to yourself or others?”

As a graduate of the Couple and Family Therapy program at Northeastern University, I am passionate about supporting couples, families, and individuals in their pursuit of growth and fulfillment. I believe I can help you find lasting hope and change. I utilize a collaborative approach with each of my clients and seek to empower you as you create new patterns for living within the systems and social constructs you reside in–whether that is in your relationships, family, gender, work, society, institutions, or culture.

I practice from a systemic, attachment and emotion-focused lens. I am LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming, and am open to working with individuals of all ages, relationships of all configurations, and families of all varieties. My supervisor is Elana Thomas, LCSW.

Growth is a normal and human process, but I recognize how intimidating this work can be, so I always try my best to provide support in ways that meet the unique needs of each of my clients. It would be a privilege to work with you and witness your story. I’m happy to offer 15 minute consultations to all prospective clients to determine goodness of fit and how I can best support you on your therapeutic journey.
