About Lauren
I am passionate about providing an open, non-judgmental space where my clients feel comfortable being their authentic selves. My goal is to meet each individual where they are, providing personalized care that foster growth and healing.
I work with children, adolescents, and young adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life changes. Over my time as a licensed clinician, I have had the pleasure to help support individuals within the LGBTQ+ community and immigrant populations. I approach each of my clients with the understanding that they are the experts of their experiences and I am here to help support and guide them to finding the best path forward.
In my clinical work, my practice focuses on using tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based practices to help clients develop practical tools to better understand their thoughts, regulate emotions, and build resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
