Lila Rajkoummale
Is it difficult for you to navigate stressful situations? Do you want to improve your communication skills with your partner or family? Taking the steps to better your mental health, strengthen your relationships or even make a change in your life can be stressful and hard, but a positive therapeutic relationship and growing self-awareness can point you in the right direction. My personal, authentic approach to therapy is what allows my clients to have a safe and comfortable environment to be your authentic self.
Using an integrated model of solution-focused, strength-based and emotion-focused approaches allows me to tailor our sessions to your needs. Together we will work collaboratively to gain self-awareness and achieve the growth that you wish to see. I am interested in working with individuals, couples, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, navigating life transitions, and looking to develop healthier communication skills. I am pursuing my masterβs degree at Northeastern Illinois University in Couple and Family Counseling, and my supervisor is Brittney Brooks, AMFT.
Starting this new journey can be hard, so I would be happy to schedule a 15-minute consultation for you to get to know me and learn how to meet your needs. I look forward to hearing from you!
