β€œOur greatest fear is not that we are inadequate, our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.”
— Marianne Williamson

Are you experiencing issues with sexual desire, functioning, or orgasm that are related to your disability, injury, or chronic illness? I understand the significance of past experiences and how they make an impact on the present. I'm committed to creating a flexible and inclusive environment where you feel empowered to explore new concepts and challenge yourself. I have experience working with individuals and couples in atypical relationship structures such as open or polyam, and with people struggling with anxiety, depression, and past trauma.

I specialize in fostering open, non-judgmental conversations about sex, intimacy, and relationships. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and kink/BDSM friendly. I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals and couples can explore their identities, desires, and concerns without fear or shame. In our therapeutic journey together, I see myself as a companion walking alongside you. You are the expert of your own life, and I'm here to support you and build you up, as you navigate your path towards healing and growth. Together, we'll unpack barriers, cultivate resilience, and foster growth in alignment with your values and goals.

I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Loyola University New Orleans and a master’s degree in social work from Loyola University Chicago. My supervisor is Elana Thomas, LCSW. I acknowledge that taking the first step in your therapeutic journey is one of the hardest. If you're ready to embark on a journey of healing, growth, and empowerment, I invite you to reach out!
