β€œIf you tried, you could shine brighter than the f*cking sun.” ”
— Raven Kennedy, Glint

As a relational therapist, I believe you are not the problem, rather the problem is how you’ve become bound by your life and relationship experiences. I provide an authentic, nonjudgmental space to explore how ingrained patterns have influenced your life and how you can move forward to live the life you want.

I take a direct, honest approach using Narrative, Strategic and Gottman therapy models to help you make change in the areas that brought you to therapy. I believe transformation can happen through insight, skill-building and reality checks. If you are looking to be encouraged and challenged to see improvement in your relationships, family and/or teenager, I’m the therapist for you.

I am a radical, no-bs abolitionist queer Jew. I welcome people with all identities, religions and politics. I specialize in working with people who have caused harm, couples, court-involved families, and teenagers.

I have a Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy from Adler University. I have completed training in Gottman Couples Therapy Level 1 and Discernment Counseling. I am currently training in treating Problematic Sexual Behavior. I have received additional education through the Institute for the Development of Human Arts’ School for Transformative Mental Health. My supervisor is the practice founder, Grace Martin, LMFT.
