Licensed Professional Counselor & Art Therapist

Steph sees clients in Oak Park and Virtually

Are you feeling frustration and sadness in your life or relationships, and desiring of creative and mindfulness practices to help you through?

I believe all beings deserve compassion, respect, love, and kindness. My approach is rooted in creating a space of curiosity and creativity where we can work together to foster self-understanding, healing, and progress towards meaningful change. I specialize in working with women and girls navigating matters of self-esteem, bodily autonomy, and consent, as well as helping adolescents understand their identities, social lives, and relationships. My work also includes guiding adult women through life events like marriage, divorce, aging, and the ever-changing role of parenthood.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Art Therapist with specialized training in trauma-informed care, I integrate person-centered, holistic, and evidence-based techniques. Through art-making, movement, and talk therapy, I help clients better understand themselves and their relationships. My supervisor is Elana Thomas, LCSW.

Together, we can cultivate a space of mutual respect, curiosity, and openness—one where you can explore your identity, your experiences, and your desires with creativity and mindfulness.

Welcome, and thank you for taking this first step. I’m grateful you’re here.
