β€œDo you feel like you are stuck in the same cycle with your partner(s)? Are you looking for a space to navigate the pressures impacting you and your relationship?”

I combine humor, authenticity, and a client-centered approach to create a therapeutic space that’s both engaging and transformative. I am dedicated to fostering a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel genuinely heard and supported.

I primarily work with individuals, couples, and those exploring alternative dating and kink dynamics. My inclusive and empathetic style makes me an ideal partner for clients seeking to better understand themselves, enhance their relationships, navigate cultural and systemic influences, or explore complex emotions. Whether you're looking to delve into personal growth or improve your connections with others, I am committed to walking alongside you in your journey.

Using narrative and emotion-focused therapies, I assist clients in reshaping their personal stories. This integrative approach helps clients gain new insights, make meaningful changes, and strengthen their connections with themselves and their partners.
I am a Couple and Family Therapy Intern finishing my Master’s at Adler University. I received my certificate in sex therapy from Adler University and am working towards my AASECT certification. I am currently receiving supervision from Carly Novoselsky, LCPC, CADC.
