Making the decision to enter therapy is not an easy one. It demands courage, vulnerability, and a deep sense of self-awareness. I'm here to be your ally and guide as you navigate life's challenges. I'm dedicated to empowering my clients with the tools to cultivate self-compassion, resilience, and meaning in their lives. Together, we'll work towards your goals, as I strive to ensure my clients feel safe and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions openly.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I specialize in working with individuals and couples in the queer community, especially those who might be questioning their relationship with their sexuality, gender or substance use. Whether you're grappling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships issues or trauma, I'm here to offer guidance, compassion and understanding without judgment.

I pride myself on having a warm, non-judgmental stance with clients as I believe everyone has a right to embark on a journey of growth, no matter their background. I use an integrative and collaborative approach to fit each client’s individual needs, drawing from evidence-based practices such as DBT, ACT and motivational interviewing.

I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University, solidifying my commitment to supporting individuals in their mental health journeys. In March 2020, I founded Queer Sober Social (QSS), an inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals seeking genuine and supportive connections free from drugs and alcohol. In my downtime, I enjoy exploring Chicago's diverse food scene, feeding my love for great food and adventure.

I'm genuinely excited to begin this journey together, where you can feel empowered to embrace your authentic self. I'm grateful for the opportunity to support you every step of the way.
