It would be a gift to witness you as you walk the path toward the person you’re becoming.

Soft but persistent, you’ve noticed a quiet ache that has become all too familiar. A sense of knowing something needs to change, even when you can’t quite name what or how. If you’re feeling stuck at a crossroads, pulled between caring for others like you always have and longing to finally make space for yourself — you’re not alone.

Whether you’re navigating a life transition, carrying the invisible weight of caregiving, or healing from imbalanced relationships, you deserve a space just for you.

My practice is a space for women, femmes, and caregivers who are used to being the strong ones. For people in transition, those who have been burned by therapy in the past, or who carry anxiety, fear, or heaviness, they can’t seem to shake. You might feel the pull toward something more, more excitement, more creativity, more connection, but taking the leap can feel like too much to do alone. That’s where I come in.

Together, we’ll listen to the deepest parts of you that are aching to see the light of day. We’ll move at your pace and gently explore what’s important to you. We’ll notice opportunities to take small risks; as you gracefully develop a foundation of trust in yourself to create the life you’ve been craving. All while holding in mind the legacy you’d like to leave behind.

Our work together will be collaborative, honest, and gently challenging, with a grounded respect for your pace and your story. Whether it’s your first time in therapy or you’ve had therapy before that didn’t feel quite right, I find joy in joining with clients to create new experiences.

My approach draws from trauma-informed care, body-based practices, and liberation-focused frameworks. I incorporate principles from motivational interviewing, ACT, and family systems theory to support clients in reconnecting with their spark, voice, and creativity. I am supervised by Mia Dal Santo, ALMFT.

I understand that finding a therapist who has shared life experience is important, so let me share parts of me with you – I am a queer, live performance loving, tea drinker that finds joy in re-connecting with elements of my grandmother's Czechoslovakian culture through food, folklore and hard work.

With so many options available, choosing a therapist is no easy feat. Whether it’s with me, or someone else, I trust you will find the road that’s right for you. I would be honored to witness you on your journey.
